Seth Green — Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA doğumlu, 1974-02-08. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Seth Green, Amerikalı bir aktör olarak sinema kariyerine 1984 yılında komedi-drama filmi The Hotel New Hampshire ile adım atmıştır. 1980'lerde Radio Days (1987) ve Big Business (1988) gibi komedi filmlerinde destekleyici rollerde yer almıştır. 1990'lar ve 2000'lerde Idle Hands (1999), Rat Race (2001), Without a Paddle (2004) ve Be Cool (2005) gibi filmlerde başrol oynamaya başlamıştır. Özellikle Austin Powers film serisinde Dr. Evil'ın oğlu Scott Evil karakteri ile tanınmıştır. Ayrıca, The Attic Expeditions (2001) ve Party Monster (2003) gibi ciddi rollerde de yer almıştır. Marvel Sinematik Evreni'nde Howard the Duck karakterinin sesini vermiştir. Televizyonda ise 1991'de ABC sitcom'u Good & Evil ile ilk başrolünü üstlenmiş ve Young Artist Award kazanmıştır. Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2000) dizisinde Oz karakteri ve Family Guy (1999–günümüz) dizisinde Chris Griffin'in sesi ile dikkat çekmiştir.
