Sheila Ruskin — England, UK doğumlu, 1946-03-28. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Sheila Ruskin, İngiliz bir aktris olarak tanınmaktadır. 1976 yılında BBC'nin "I, Claudius" uyarlamasında Vipsania karakterini canlandırmış, ardından 1981'de "Doctor Who" dizisinde Kassia rolüyle dikkat çekmiştir.
