Fulton Mackay — Paisley, Scotland, UK doğumlu, 1922-08-12. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Fulton Mackay, İskoç bir aktör ve oyun yazarıdır. En çok 1970'lerdeki "Porridge" adlı sitcomda hapishane memuru Mr. Mackay rolüyle tanınmaktadır. Bu karakter, dizinin unutulmaz figürlerinden biri haline gelmiş ve Mackay’ın kariyerinde önemli bir yer edinmiştir. Oyun yazarlığı da yapan Mackay, sahne sanatlarına olan katkılarıyla bilinir.
