Art Carney — Mount Vernon, New York, USA doğumlu, 1918-11-04. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Arthur William Matthew Carney, Amerikalı bir aktör ve komedyen olarak tanınmaktadır. Kariyeri boyunca birçok ödül kazanmış, bunlar arasında bir Akademi Ödülü, bir Altın Küre Ödülü ve altı Primetime Emmy Ödülü bulunmaktadır. En çok, 1955-1956 yılları arasında yayınlanan "The Honeymooners" adlı sitcomda Ed Norton karakteriyle bilinir.
