Biyografi

Alex Kingston — Epsom, England, UK doğumlu, 1963-03-11. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Alex Kingston, 1980'lerin başlarından itibaren aktif olan bir İngiliz aktristir. 1990'larda hem Britanya'da hem de ABD'de televizyon çalışmalarıyla dikkat çekmeye başlamıştır. Özellikle NBC'nin tıbbi dramasında Dr. Elizabeth Corday rolüyle (1997–2004) ve ITV mini dizisi The Fortunes and Misfortunes of Moll Flanders'daki başrolüyle (1996) tanınmıştır; bu performansı ona En İyi Kadın Oyuncu dalında BAFTA adaylığı kazandırmıştır. Kingston'ın sonraki projeleri arasında BBC'nin bilim kurgu dizisi Doctor Who'daki River Song karakteri (2008–2015), ITV'nin dönem draması Lost in Austen'daki Mrs. Bennet rolü (2008), The CW'nun süper kahraman dizisi Arrow'daki Dinah Lance karakteri (2013–2016) ve A Discovery of Witches'daki Sarah Bishop rolü (2018–2022) bulunmaktadır.
