Tim Russ — Washington, D.C., USA doğumlu, 1956-06-22. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Timothy Darrell "Tim" Russ, Amerikalı bir aktör, film yönetmeni, senarist ve müzisyendir. En çok Star Trek: Voyager dizisindeki Komutan Tuvok rolü ile tanınmaktadır. Ayrıca, Samantha Who? dizisinde Frank karakterini ve Nickelodeon'un genç sitcom'u iCarly'de tekrar eden bir karakter olan Müdür Franklin'i canlandırmıştır. Washington, D.C.'de bir devlet memuru anne ve bir Hava Kuvvetleri subayı babanın çocuğu olarak dünyaya gelen Russ, çocukluğunun bir kısmını Türkiye'de geçirmiştir. Genç yaşlarda birçok köpekle büyüyen Tim Russ, bu dönemlerinde hayvan sevgisini geliştirmiştir. Sanat kariyerine çeşitli alanlarda katkıda bulunarak devam eden Russ, hem televizyon hem de sinema dünyasında önemli bir yer edinmiştir.
