Richard Briers — Raynes Park, Surrey, England, UK doğumlu, 1934-01-14. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Richard Briers, CBE, İngiliz bir aktör olarak elli yıllık bir kariyere sahiptir ve televizyon, sahne, sinema ile radyo alanlarında çeşitli projelerde yer almıştır. İlk olarak 1961-1966 yılları arasında "Marriage Lines" dizisindeki George Starling rolüyle dikkat çekmiştir. Ancak, 1970'lerin ortalarında "Roobarb" ve "Noah and Nelly in... SkylArk" gibi yapımlarda seslendirme yapması ve 1975-1978 yılları arasında BBC komedisi "The Good Life"da Tom Good karakterini canlandırmasıyla gerçek anlamda tanınır hale gelmiştir.
