Rand Brooks — Wright City, Missouri, USA doğumlu, 1918-09-21. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Rand Brooks, Amerikalı bir film ve televizyon aktörü olarak tanınmaktadır. Wright City, Missouri'de doğan Brooks, dört yaşında annesiyle birlikte Los Angeles'a taşındı, ancak yaz tatillerini Wright City'de geçirmeye devam etti. 1938'de MGM'de bir ekran testine katıldı ve Love Finds Andy Hardy filminde küçük bir rol aldı. En büyük çıkışını 1939 yılında, pek sevmediği bir rol olan Charles Hamilton ile Gone with the Wind filminde elde etti. MGM ile yaptığı sözleşme kapsamında haftada 100 dolar kazanırken, Selznick International Pictures için bu filmde haftada 500 dolar aldı. Brooks, 1940'ların ortalarında Hopalong Cassidy serisinde Lucky karakteriyle dikkat çekti ve bu rol için Russell Hayden'ın yerini aldı. 1948'de, Marilyn Monroe ile birlikte Ladies of the Chorus filminde yer alarak Monroe ile ekran öpücüğü paylaşan ilk aktör oldu.
