Biyografi

Michael Cera — Brampton, Ontario, Canada doğumlu, 1988-06-07. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Michael Cera, Kanadalı aktör ve müzisyen olarak tanınmaktadır. Kariyerine çocuk yaşta başlayan Cera, Berenstain Bears adlı çocuk televizyon programında Brother Bear karakterinin seslendirilmesiyle dikkat çekmiş ve 2002 yapımı Confessions of a Dangerous Mind filminde genç Chuck Barris'i canlandırmıştır. Özellikle Arrested Development dizisindeki George Michael Bluth rolü ile ün kazanmış, Superbad (2007) filminde Evan, Juno (2007) filminde Paulie Bleeker, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) filminde ise başkarakter Scott Pilgrim olarak izleyici karşısına çıkmıştır. 2013’te This Is the End filminde kendisinin kurgusal bir versiyonunu oynamış, 2017'de The Lego Batman Movie'de Dick Grayson/Robin’i seslendirmiştir. Tiyatroda da sahne alan Cera, Kenneth Lonergan'ın This Is Our Youth (2014) prodüksiyonunda Broadway'de yer almış ve 2018'deki Lobby Hero performansıyla Tony Ödülü'ne aday gösterilmiştir. Müzik kariyerinde ise 2014'te True That adlı debut albümünü yayınlamış ve indie rock süpergrubu Mister Heavenly ile turne bas gitaristi olarak performans sergilemiştir.
