Jonathan Frakes — Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, USA doğumlu, 1952-08-19. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Jonathan Frakes, Amerikalı bir aktör ve yönetmendir. En çok, Star Trek: The Next Generation dizisinde Komutan (sonrasında Kaptan) William T. Riker karakterini canlandırmasıyla tanınmaktadır. Ayrıca, Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction adlı programın sunuculuğunu yapmış, Disney'in Gargoyles animasyon dizisinde David Xanatos'un seslendirmesini üstlenmiş ve History Channel belgeseli Lee and Grant'i anlatmıştır.
