John Stamos — Cypress, California, USA doğumlu, 1963-08-19. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. John Stamos, Amerikalı aktör ve müzisyendir. İlk olarak ABC'nin popüler günlük dizisi General Hospital'daki Blackie Parrish rolüyle dikkat çekmiş ve bu performansıyla 1983'te Daytime Emmy Ödülleri'nde En İyi Yardımcı Erkek Oyuncu dalında aday olmuştur. En çok, ABC'nin sitcom'u Full House'daki Jesse Katsopolis karakteriyle tanınır. Dizi 1995'te sona erdikten sonra, Stamos birçok televizyon filmi ve dizisinde yer almıştır. 2005-2009 yılları arasında NBC'nin tıbbi draması ER'de Dr. Tony Gates rolünü üstlenmiştir.
