Gavin Muir — Chicago, Illinois, USA doğumlu, 1900-09-08. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Gavin Muir, 8 Eylül 1900'de Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin Illinois eyaletine bağlı Chicago şehrinde dünyaya gelmiştir. Meslek hayatını oyunculuk alanında sürdüren Muir, kariyeri boyunca çeşitli yapımlarda yer almış ve bu alanda kendine bir yer edinmiştir. Onun en dikkat çekici çalışmalarından biri, 1955 yılında yayınlanan ve dönemin önemli yapımlarından sayılan "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" adlı yapımdır. Bu yapımda yer alarak oyunculuk kariyerine değerli bir katkı sunmuştur.
