Dom DeLuise — Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA doğumlu, 1933-08-01. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Dominick "Dom" DeLuise, Amerikalı bir aktör ve komedyen olarak tanınmaktadır. 1970'lerde televizyon eğlence programlarındaki sık konukluğu ile ün kazanan DeLuise, Mel Brooks ve Gene Wilder'ın filmlerindeki performanslarıyla dikkat çekmiştir. Ayrıca Burt Reynolds ile gerçekleştirdiği çeşitli iş birlikleri ve ikili gösterileri ile de tanınmıştır. 1980'lerden itibaren, Don Bluth'un yapımında yer alan büyük animasyon projelerinde seslendirme yaparak genç izleyici kitlesine ulaşmıştır. Kariyerine 1964 yılında The Dean Martin Show'da stand-up komedyeni olarak başlayan DeLuise, 1970 yılında Mel Brooks'un komedisi The Twelve Chairs ile sinema dünyasına adım atmıştır. Ardından Blazing Saddles, Robin Hood: Men in Tights ve History of the World, Part I gibi birçok Brooks filminde rol almıştır. Ayrıca Gene Wilder ile birlikte The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother ve See No Evil, Hear No Evil gibi filmlerde de yer almıştır. DeLuise, 2009 yılında 75 yaşında pankreas kanseri nedeniyle hayatını kaybetmiştir. Ailesi, onun huzur içinde ve sevdikleriyle çevrili olarak hayata veda ettiğini belirtmiştir.
