David Proval — Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA doğumlu, 1942-05-20. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. David Proval, Amerikalı bir aktör olarak tanınmaktadır ve özellikle HBO'nun "The Sopranos" dizisinde Richie Aprile rolüyle dikkat çekmiştir. Ayrıca, 1973 yapımı Martin Scorsese filmi "Mean Streets"te Robert De Niro ve Harvey Keitel ile birlikte Tony DeVienazo karakterini canlandırmıştır. Brooklyn, New York'ta doğan Proval, Rumen kökenli aktris Clara Katz'ın oğludur. Sinema kariyerinde "The Shawshank Redemption", "Mob Queen", "Four Rooms", "UHF", "Innocent Blood" ve "The Siege" gibi önemli yapımlarda yer almıştır. Ayrıca, "Picket Fences", "Boomtown" ve "Everybody Loves Raymond" gibi televizyon dizilerinde de tekrar eden roller üstlenmiştir. 1977'de ise kült animasyon filmi "WIZARDS"da robot suikastçi Necron 99'un seslendirmesini yapmıştır. 2008 yılında "City of Shoulders and Noses" adlı komedi filminde başrol oynamıştır.
