Simon Le Bon — Bushey, Hertfordshire, England, UK doğumlu, 1958-10-27. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Simon Le Bon, Britanyalı şarkıcı ve söz yazarıdır; en çok yeni dalga grubu Duran Duran’ın solisti olarak tanınır. Küçük yaşlardan itibaren yerel bir kilise korosuna katılan Le Bon, oyunculuk eğitimi almıştır. 1980 yılında Duran Duran’a katılmak için seçmelere girmiştir. Kısa süre içinde grup, dünya genelinde milyonlarca albüm satarak 1980’lerin en büyük müzik gruplarından biri haline gelmiştir. “Rio”, “Girls on Film”, “The Reflex”, “Hungry like the Wolf” ve “The Wild Boys” gibi hit parçaları, Birleşik Krallık listelerinde üst sıralarda yer almıştır. 1985 yılında, Duran Duran, James Bond filmi “A View to a Kill” için tema şarkısını üretmek üzere seçilmiş ve bu, onları yeniden listelere sokmuştur. 1980’lerin sonlarına doğru grubun popülaritesi azalmaya başlasa da, müzik yapmaya devam etmişlerdir ve günümüzde de bu geleneği sürdürmektedirler.
