Sam Edwards

Biyografi

Sam Edwards — Macon, Georgia, USA doğumlu, 1915-05-26. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Amerikalı oyuncu Sam George Edwards, televizyonda en çok Little House on the Prairie dizisinde bankacı Bill Anderson rolüyle tanınmıştır. Beyazperdedeki ilk önemli rolünü, Captain Midnight (1942) adlı film serisinde Chuck Ramsey karakteriyle üstlenmiştir. 1949-1981 yılları arasında birçok filmde yer alan Edwards, Twelve O'Clock High (1949), Operation Pacific (1951) ve Gangbusters (1954) yapımlarında önemli roller almış; The Beatniks (1960) ile Suppose They Gave A War and Nobody Came (1969) filmlerinde ise destekleyici rollerde oynamıştır. Ayrıca The Absent-Minded Professor (1961), Hello, Dolly!
