Merv Griffin — San Mateo, California, USA doğumlu, 1925-07-06. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Mervyn Edward "Merv" Griffin, Jr., Amerikalı bir televizyon sunucusu, şarkıcı ve medya imparatoruydu. Kariyerine radyo ve büyük orkestra şarkıcısı olarak başlayan Griffin, zamanla sinema ve Broadway sahnelerinde de yer aldı. 1960'lı yıllarda kendi talk show'u olan The Merv Griffin Show'u sunmaya başladı ve Jeopardy!, Wheel of Fortune, Click ve Merv Griffin's Crosswords gibi oyun şovlarının yaratılmasında önemli rol oynadı.
