Stephen Lewis — Poplar, London, England, UK doğumlu, 1926-12-17. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Stephen Lewis, kariyerinin erken döneminde Stephen Cato adıyla anılan İngiliz bir oyuncu, komedyen, yönetmen, senarist ve oyun yazarıydı. Joan Littlewood ile birlikte yürüttüğü çalışmalarla tanınırdı; bunlar arasında yazdığı "Sparrers Can't Sing" adlı oyun da bulunuyordu ve bu oyun daha sonra "Sparrows Can't Sing" adlı filme uyarlandı. Ayrıca "On the Buses" ve "Last of the Summer Wine" adlı durum komedilerindeki düzenli rolleriyle de tanınırdı; her iki dizide de asık suratlı görünümünü komedi unsuru olarak ustaca kullandı.
