Sorrell Booke — Buffalo, New York, USA doğumlu, 1930-01-04. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Sorrell Booke, erken yaşlarda ailesinin teşvikiyle akrabalarına taklitler yaparak ve şakalar anlatarak oyunculuk kariyerine adım attı. Yale ve Columbia Üniversitesi'nde eğitim aldı ve beş dilde yetkinlik kazandı. Kore Savaşı sırasında karşı istihbarat alanında görev alarak dil becerilerini etkili bir şekilde kullandı. En çok tanınan rolü, The Dukes of Hazzard (1979) dizisindeki Jefferson Davis "Boss" Hogg karakteridir; bu rolüyle birlikte gösterdiği zeka ve incelik genellikle göz ardı edilmektedir. 1994 yılında kanser nedeniyle hayatını kaybetti ve bu, onun 64. doğum gününden hemen sonrasına denk geldi.
