Polly Bergen — Knoxville, Tennessee, USA doğumlu, 1930-07-14. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Polly Bergen, çok yönlü bir Amerikan sanatçısı olarak tanınmaktadır. Hem oyunculuk hem de şarkıcılık kariyerinde önemli başarılar elde etmiştir. 1958 yılında, Helen Morgan'ı canlandırdığı The Helen Morgan Story ile Emmy Ödülü kazanmıştır. 2001 yılında Follies müzikalindeki Carlotta Campion rolü ile Tony Ödülü'ne aday gösterilmiştir. Sinema kariyerinde ise Cape Fear (1962) ve The Caretakers (1963) gibi yapımlarda yer almış, bu filmlerle En İyi Kadın Oyuncu dalında Altın Küre'ye aday olmuştur. Ayrıca, The Polly Bergen Show isimli kendi haftalık eğlence programını sunmuş, To Tell The Truth adlı TV yarışmasında düzenli panelist olarak görev almıştır. İleri yaşlarında The Sopranos ve Desperate Housewives dizilerinde tekrar eden rollerde bulunmuştur. Güzellik, moda ve cazibe üzerine üç kitap yazmış ve The Land of Stories adlı eserinde Mother Goose karakterine ilham kaynağı olmuştur.
