Proctor, televizyon dizilerinde de küçük roller üstlenmiş, seslendirme yaptığı projeler arasında Treasure Planet'deki Meltdown ve Dr. Dolittle yeniden yapım serisindeki "Drunk Monkey" bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca, Rugrats ve All Grown Up! dizilerinde Howard Deville'in sesini vermiştir. En son olarak, Dead Rising oyununda Russell Barnaby, Assassin's Creed serisinde Dr. Warren Vidic ve Adventures in Odyssey'de Leonard Meltsner karakterlerine ses vermiştir. 2007 yılında, Albatross adlı sesli prodüksiyonda yedi karakteri seslendirmiştir.
