Paula Abdul — San Fernando, California, USA doğumlu, 1962-06-19. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Paula Abdul, Amerikalı bir şarkıcı, dansçı, koreograf, aktris ve televizyon kişiliğidir. Kariyerine 18 yaşında Los Angeles Lakers'ın cheerleader'ı olarak başlamış ve daha sonra Laker Girls'ün baş koreografı olmuştur. Jackson ailesi tarafından keşfedildikten sonra, müzik video döneminin zirveye ulaştığı dönemde Janet Jackson için koreografi yaparak tanınmıştır. 1988 yılında çıkardığı ilk stüdyo albümü "Forever Your Girl", yedi milyon kopya satarak dönemin en başarılı ilk albümlerinden biri olmuştur.
