Joseph Ruskin — Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA doğumlu, 1924-04-14. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Joseph Ruskin, Amerikalı bir karakter aktörü olarak tanınmaktadır. Sadece orijinal Star Trek (1966) serisinde ve onun yan ürünlerinden birinde rol alan dört aktörden biri olan Ruskin, Majel Barrett, Clint Howard ve Jack Donner ile birlikte bu özelliği taşımaktadır. Ayrıca, Star Trek: Enterprise (2001) dizisinde de yer almış, Star Trek: Voyager'da bir Vulcan Master karakterini canlandırmıştır. Ruskin, The Outer Limits dizisinde "Production and Decay of Strange Particles" adlı bölümde de rol almıştır. Sinema dünyasında ise Smokin' Aces adlı filmde yer almıştır.
