John Malkovich — Christopher, Illinois, USA doğumlu, 1953-12-09. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. John Malkovich, Amerikan sinemasının önemli isimlerinden biri olarak tanınmaktadır ve kariyerine 1976 yılında Chicago'daki Steppenwolf Theatre Company'de başlamıştır. New York'a taşındıktan sonra, Sam Shepard'ın "True West" adlı oyununda rol alarak dikkat çekmiştir. 1984 yılında Arthur Miller'in "Death of a Salesman" adlı eserinde Biff karakteriyle Broadway sahnesine adım atmıştır. Malkovich, "Places in the Heart" (1984) ve "In the Line of Fire" (1993) filmlerindeki performanslarıyla iki kez En İyi Yardımcı Erkek Oyuncu dalında Oscar adaylığı elde etmiştir. Ayrıca, "The Killing Fields" (1984), "Empire of the Sun" (1987), "Dangerous Liaisons" (1988) gibi birçok önemli yapımda yer almıştır. Televizyonda ise "Death of a Salesman" (1985) ile Primetime Emmy Ödülü kazanmış, "RKO 281" (1999) ve "Napoléon" (2002) gibi projelerde de Emmy adaylığı bulunmaktadır. Malkovich, "Crossbones" (2014), "Billions" (2018–19), "The New Pope" (2020) ve "Space Force" (2020–2022) gibi dizilerde de rol almıştır.
