Harvey Lembeck — Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA doğumlu, 1923-04-15. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Harvey Lembeck, Amerikalı bir komedi aktörü olarak tanınmaktadır. En çok, 1950'lerin sonlarında The Phil Silvers Show (diğer adıyla Sgt. Bilko) dizisinde Cpl. Rocco Barbella rolüyle hafızalarda yer etmiştir. Ayrıca, 1960'larda plaj partisi film serisinde, kendine güvenen fakat sakar bir çete üyesi olan Eric Von Zipper karakteriyle de dikkat çekmiştir. Lembeck, hem sahne hem de sinema versiyonlarında Stalag 17 adlı eserde de önemli performanslar sergilemiştir. Sanatçı, aktör ve yönetmen Michael Lembeck ile aktris Helaine Lembeck'in babasıdır.
