Dorothy McGuire — Omaha, Nebraska, USA doğumlu, 1916-06-14. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Dorothy Hackett McGuire, 1940'lardan 1990'a kadar aktif olan Amerikalı bir aktristir. Sinema kariyeri boyunca "Gentleman's Agreement" ile En İyi Kadın Oyuncu Akademi Ödülü'ne aday gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca "The Enchanted Cottage," "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" ve "Old Yeller" gibi önemli yapımlarda yer almıştır; "Old Yeller" filminde anne karakterini canlandırmıştır. 2001 yılında 85 yaşında hayata veda etmiştir. McGuire, dönemin önemli kadın oyuncularından biri olarak tanınmaktadır.
