Clarence Clemons

Biyografi

Clarence Clemons — Norfolk, Virginia, USA doğumlu, 1942-01-11. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Clarence Clemons, hayranları tarafından "The Big Man" olarak anılan Amerikalı bir müzisyen ve aktördür. 1972 yılından itibaren Bruce Springsteen'in E Street Band'inin önemli bir üyesi olarak saksafon çalmıştır. Solo kariyerinde de birçok albüm yayımlamış ve 1985 yılında Jackson Browne ile birlikte seslendirdiği "You're a Friend of Mine" adlı parça ile hit olmuştur. Misafir sanatçı olarak Aretha Franklin'in "Freeway of Love" parçasında ve Twisted Sister'ın "Be Chrool to Your Scuel" şarkısında yer almış, ayrıca The Grateful Dead ve Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band ile konserler vermiştir. Clemons, New York, New York ve Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure gibi filmlerde rol almış, Diff'rent Strokes, Nash Bridges, The Simpsons ve The Wire gibi televizyon dizilerinde de konuk oyuncu olarak yer almıştır. 2009 yılında televizyon yazarı arkadaşı Don Reo ile birlikte "Big Man: Real Life & Tall Tales" adlı otobiyografisini yayımlamıştır.
