Chill Wills — Seagoville, Texas, USA doğumlu, 1902-07-18. Oyunculuk alanında tanınır. Chill Wills, Amerikalı bir film oyuncusu ve Avalon Boys Quartet grubunda şarkıcı olarak tanınmıştır. Küçük yaşlardan itibaren sahne aldı ve 1930'larda Avalon Boys adlı şarkı grubunu kurup yönetti. Birkaç western filminde yer aldıktan sonra 1938'de grubu dağıtıp solo oyunculuk kariyerine yöneldi. En akılda kalan rollerinden biri, popüler bir film serisinde Francis the Mule karakterine sesiyle hayat vermesiydi; Wills'in kalın, sert ve Batı aksanlı sesi, alaycı katırın karakterine tam anlamıyla uyuyordu. Dönemin geleneğine uygun olarak seslendirme çalışmalarında adı geçmese de, serinin dördüncü filmi Francis Joins the WACS'ta General Ben Kaye rolüyle perdede belirgin biçimde yer aldı. Ayrıca 1937 yapımı Way Out West filminde Stan Laurel'ın "The Trail of the Lonesome Pine" performansı için kalın sesiyle seslendirme yaptı; bu filmde Avalon Boys Quartet da rol almıştı.
